Judicial Review, the pain of ME! and the petition.

Hello

I must admit, that the last few weeks, have been tough, I have had alot of pain, and some days, have not been able to walk, now it is down to a twinge, I can cope with that!

I was saddened to see that we failed at the judicial review, with the government winning, we wait and see what happens, for up to date information on this, please check the Afme and MEA websites.

I have also wanted to do a video for You Tube members, re signing the petition, to the government, for more resources to be put in for our cause, when I am a bit better, I will aim to do that. I sent the information to my local rag, the Reading Chronicle, so we see what happens there.

I think that is all for now.

Please sign this petition...

Hello

I went onto the PM site, to start an e-petition for the PM to get help for people who have ME, but found someone else has beaten me to it, I would ask everyone to sign it, and pass it onto to folks, it is a petition, to help find the cure for ME, we all need that. The sooner I can get out of this prison, called my body the better.

I had a day light box, given me this week, by a dear friend, I found it to bright too start with, but I keep going, with it, and will see how it works out.

That's all for now.

The answer to brain fog?

Hello

One of my regular readers' of this blog, sent in the following with regards to a possible cure for brain fog, so with his permission I am enclosing it below, I am going to try it, and will let you know how it goes.

Miriam,

There's a huge selection of daylight lamp products for related conditions at Amazon. Note that there are four pages of results for this search:

Some are very expensive (£200+), others are a lot more reasonable.

I would have thought that the best things to go for are the full spectrum lamps (they cost from around £25 to around £50).

Anything that says it's for SAD might be worth thinking about. Such items seem to cost from arouund £30 to around £100.

I think what I have is quite a cheap full spectrum daylight, lamp, but someone gave it to me (without the box it came in) so I'm not entirely sure.

I hope this is of some help.

Miriam
