Steps to help your doctor help you....

I have just had the following come through on google alerts, it is very helpful.
I personally have an excellent doctor, I cannot ask for anymore from her, than I get, but for those that don't the above article may help. I also found keeping a symptom diary very helpful, so when the doctor asks, what's wrong, all you need to do is hand them the piece of paper, with the information on, I also find having small projects help me to cope with ME.
