First disclaimer, we all know, that sleep disturbance is part of me, so these tips won't solve that, but hopefully this will help.
This comes from Benendon health care magazine.
1. Switch off your social media, don't scroll in bed.
2. Be mindful, of what you watch on tv late at night, nothing exciting or stressful.
3. Have a bath with essential oils before going to bed.
4. Keep your bedroom, for rest and sleep only.
5. Put your phone away, for at an hour before sleep, in another room.
6. Read a book, before going to sleep.
