I have recently been on a journey to help me feel better.
I have cut out any foods or drinks, that contain ingredients that you cannot find in your cupboard, and I am better for it.
I found that foods that contain artificial sweeteners, affect my mood, so they are gone.
You can get wholesome food and drink, at reasonable prices.
I have a policy now, if I can't find the ingredients on the label from ingredients you can find in a kitchen cupboard, I don' t eat it.
Give it a try, it might help.
