My first post!

This is my first person blog post, on my blog!
I usually run a blog for the local ME/CFS group, but thought, I could make this my own.

As a hobby I try to raise awareness by the occasional local media interviews, and have regular contact with more national contacts.

I also produce videos and put them on You Tube, to help people to have ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, but have not done any for a while, as I had a cold and lost my voice! it is gradually coming back.
