Are you up for the challenge?

First of all, I have two pieces of information from the Afme website.

They have launched a new appeal, to try to raise money, for research etc, and give achievement awards, for small achievements that people do.

These achievements, can be anything from cooking a meal, to going for a walk, simple things that some people do without thinking, but is a mountain for us to deal with each day.

The other piece is from Sky news.



Now onto my news.....

A PR agency is looking to put together a double page spread on ME, how it affects ones lives, etc, for a national newspaper or magazine, they are looking for stories, that show the devastation of how ME affects you, they want specific details, low points, general day to day problems, ask yourself, how does it affect your relationships, your daily life, the list goes on, you can send a summary to me, to include your phone number, and I will just forward onto them.

What do I get out of it?
More ME awareness but nationally, so are you brave enough to appear, in a national magazine or newspaper? Send in your story, now as you know ME is a very fluctuating illness, so if I have a bad 'ME' day, I may not answer your email straight away, telling you I have forwarded it, I will do what I can.
