Help for pain, and ESA

Hello

Whether you have ME or not, and suffer from pain, the following may help you.

I received a letter from my MP today, it said the reasons why the ESA form is so big is because they want to check peoples:

Mental health
Cognitive and intellectual functions,

they understand it does take a lot of work, but there are agencies like the Citizens Advice Bureau that are there to help.

The healthcare professionals, advice is based on likely improvement in a persons condition a 3 to 18 month period. Where the healthcare profession considers the condition is unlikely to change significantly in the longer term, cases can be looked at, at a later date, normally within 3 years.

I hope this information helps.
