I have just been watching the Andrew Marr show, in it, Ian Duncan Smith, said, with the Bedroom Tax, they are currently putting it together, at the moment, OAPs will not be affected by it, and there will be other exclusion groups too. If you want to watch the interview, it is 15 minutes towards the end of the show on BBC Iplayer, as it has just finished, it will probably be on line in a few hours or so. I hope that helps.
