Come and launch our Declaration on Independent Living

Disability Rights UK invites you to a one-day conference to reach a common understanding of what independent living is today and form a basis for future campaigning and policy development for us and for like-minded organisations.

The conference is on Friday 18th July: 9.30am (for a 10.30 start) to 4pm.

Disability Rights UK is working with Marie Curie to research the end of life experiences of disabled people. We are running a key survey on our web site to which you can now contribute. Marie Curie are also hosting four focus groups in each of the countries of the United Kingdom. This is your opportunity to contribute, whether you are a disabled person, a carer, relative, friend or clinician. See more
