I was encouraged by Dr Shepherd to read the following booklet, if you don't read anything else, to help you, with your illness, you need to read this, and give a copy to your doctor, if everyone who has ME, reads this book, and gives a copy to their doctor, we could transform the world of ME, sure it can be technical at times, but be patient, and read it all.
