How to loose weight the healthy way.

Hello



As someone with ME, it is easy to put on weight, due to inactivity, but I watched Food Unwrapped this week, which was a special program, on how to loose weight, they said the following foods helped.

Coconut oil
Drinking a diluted glass of apple cider vinegar, before each meal
Cucumber
Melon
Celery
Chicken
Seaweed
Any dark green vegetable
High percentage dark chocolate.

Cut out all processed food.
