If you re housebound with ME, and are asked to have a benefit assessment, you can ask for a home visit, for this, you will need a note from the doctor, to be sent to the DWP, if your condition is degenerative, you might even get it waved, you will have to ask the benefits people for a contact number, to ask for that.
