How to fill out an esa form, so you don't get an assessment.

Hello

The benefits, people look for a picture, of how you are, as a result of you filling in the form, so write down on  a piece of paper, how you are, so you can portray this on the form, maybe have points in it, to help you transfer it over.

They want you to specific in what you say, and how the illness affects you, why you can’t go to work, because of your illness.

When completing a question, never, say it varies, or you are more likely to  have an assessment.

When completing a question, ask yourself, can I do the task they are asking,  every day for at least an hour, without any back lash or issues, if then the answer to this is no, then say so.

Finally, if you have had a good experience from them, and the DWP, feel free to tell them, as well as that bad ones, its good to share both.

I hope you are successful in your claim.
