Goals and mental health


Hello

ME can take away your identity, your worth, your usefulness and so much more, it can leave you with nothing.

The following technique is what I use each day, I hope it helps you to realize, that you do have value and worth, while having ME.

Goals are so important to me, I would not cope without them, this is what I do.

Think of some things, you do already each day, it can be one or two, more or less, its up to you.

You can write them down or keep them in your head, its up to you.

Now each time, you do each of these things, give yourself a pat on the back, then at the end of each day, if you can, write down either in your mind or on a piece of paper, and realize you have self worth.

Each day you do that, you will feel better about yourself, or at least I hope you do. It doesn’t matter, how big or small the goals are, or what you do, it can be anything, from laying down in bed and relaxing, to moving a finger, I hope you get my drift.

No one is useless, or worthless we all have value, no matter, who you are, or what you do.
