Almonds and walnuts
Are a natural source of melatonin, and sleep promoting mineral magnesism, both of which help you sleep more soundly.
Try to eat 10 almonds before going to bed, or have a glass of almond milk.
Kiwi fruit
Are rich in serotonin, and antioxidants, both of which improve sleep quality. Eating 2 kiwi before going to bed, will help with the quality of sleep.
Chamomile tea
Is a popular choice before bed, due to its calming effects.of antioxidant Apigenin, which binds special receptors in the brain helping decrease, anxiety and initiate sleep
