How to boost your immune system.

From the Tonight program ITV1, 9th February 2023.

One great way to boost your immune system, is by having 30 plant based foods a week, these can include, fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, herbs, and mixed beans, throw in a smoothie as well, and you are good to go.




Reduce stress where possible, as this reduces your immune system.



Exercise outside if you can, I understand that's not possible for all.

With regards to taking vitamins, only do it via your doctor, and if you have a balanced diet, you don't need them.

If you are taking vitamins as well as a balanced diet, they can do more harm than good, and anything your body doesn't need, comes out in your wee anyway, that could be expensive wee.
