Does chocolate help brain fog?

Hello

I'm sorry I have not posted for a while, but I have been crook with ME.
I am feeling a little better now.

I had the possibility of being in Women Own recently, it did not come off, but they are keeping my details on file, for a possible article another time.

Although I have to be careful of my health, it is great to have such opportunities, to share about my experiences of ME, and so reach out to others.

I have been asked by the ME Association, to do an experiment, to see if chocolate really does help people who have ME. Now, I don't particularly like the stuff, but there was a letter in the ME Association magazine, stating that a 1/4 of a teaspoon of cocoa twice a day helped a sufferer, with brain fog, so I am prepared to give it a go.

I have ordered the cocoa powder, (the particular chocolate I will be using is from Green and Blacks) and plan to start it next week. I will keep you posted as to how it goes, a letter will also appear in ME Essential the ME Associations magazine, with the result.

Anyway, speak soon.
