Hello

I have to say the last week or so have been really good.

Last weekend went really well, it was like winding back the clock several years.

I got my neighbour to drop me off at granddads, and I spent the weekend, loving my sister, and helping her where I could, to give mum a weekend off.

I even managed to get to a shop which is the first time I have done so in nearly 4 years, OK it was only next door, but I did it! I had lots of rest breaks to keep me going to.

One bit of bad news, my right hand is continuing to get worse, but at least I have my hospital appointment through so that should be sorted out soon.
