The Lightning Process, is it good or bad?

Hello

I must say the last 3 weeks have been tough; I have had a major backlash from my hospital visit, hence me not doing a blog post for a while.

Things seem to be much better within our ME group, we have had a change round with the jobs that we do and so we are all working together better, however we do need more help in running it that is for sure.

With me having carpool tunnel, I can’t do much, so it means the others have to do more, but they have been really good about it.

As many of you may know, that the Lightning Process has been featured a couple of times in the Daily Mail recently, I have looked into it, it seems like its a mixture of osteopathy and self hypnosis, it is a 3 day course and is meant to be the cure for ME, however, at the price of £600.00, I hope it does do some good!

Some say it works and others don't, however, one person said that by having a teaspoon of cod liver oil in orange syrup every 8 hours for 3 - 6 weeks, they were cured, with a bottle of this being £1.00, I may well give it a go, as it is a lot cheaper than £600.00! If you would like to know more about the ME Associations response to the articles you can find out more.

The ME Association, is a reputable organisation, and Tony who runs the site, is the best, you can't go wrong with him.
