What did you get up to during ME Awareness Week.

Hello

This week, has been ME Awareness week.

I found the following on the ME Association website, , this is about a lady who is campaigning for better help with benefits for people who have ME.

Action for me, started a campaign regarding ME and how it affects peoples lives.

With regards to the HC 1 form, and the opticians, I have been sent this, however, the one negative about it is, its means tested, this to me seems unfair, I have contacted my MP about this, and he has written to the department of work and pensions, I can understand it if you want something like housing benefit, but to have to prove, that you have so much in your bank account, is highly personal, and something some people would not do, and so miss out on.
