ME, what are your views?

Hello

I started this blog a week ago, and stopped, because I ran out of energy, and spent the best part of the week in bed!

Alot of news has come through this then, so I will do my best to tell you, before running out of energy this time!

If you are concerned, about the financial implications of the weather we have had recently, and the weather to come, Afme have put together some information, that will help you to cope, I hope it helps.

If you know, of someone, who is cut off from the world, and would value a computer with internet access, the government has put a plan together that is perfect for them, please click here for further details.

I have had an experience this week, that has completely changed my world!! OK that maybe an exaggeration! but I was told, by a certain governing body, that I could not receive a service, I got onto my MP, Mr Rob Wilson, and that decision has now been reversed, the lesson here is, short of you exchanging your body for another one, if you are told you cannot have something, that you feel you should have, say care services etc, get onto your MP, you vote for them, to work for you, so why not make the most of them. I often contact my MP, and he has done me proud, don't be afraid to write, email them, that is what they are there for.

Finally, this week we saw the beginning of the trial of Kay Gilderdale, this is an interesting case, she cared for her daughter who had severe pain, due to ME, for years, and she helped her to die, was it an act of compassion, or plain murder?

The trouble is, if she gets off scott free, it could allow others, to assist in helping vulnerable people die, but on the other hand, it was an act of compassion, to follow the story, please go here.

Phew I did it! Until next time.

Miriam
