Have you applied for disability living allowance, and receive it, or been turned down?
If you have been turned down, and feel that you are bad enough to receive it, keep appealing. You may need some help, filling in the lengthy form, you can ask a friend, there are benefit services available free of charge, all you need to do is find them. Action for ME, provides a service, and I am sure there are more besides.
Type into a search engines what you are after and where, and see what it comes up with.
Now for those, that do receive the benefit, well done, but did you look at the small print?
There are 21 other benefits you can claim as well, obviously you wont be able to get all of them, they are given, so that they cover everyone!
Here is a list of other benefits you can check out, just put the benefit into a search engine, to find out more about it, then go from there.
You can still work, and receive disability living allowance and other benefits too.
Anyway, here is the list in the small print:
Carer’s allowance
Carer’s credit
Employment and support allowance
Income support
Job seekers allowance
Pension credit
Child tax credit
Working tax credit

Some are means tested, some aren't, I hope it help you to claim, what is yours.
