Can we help you?

Hello

Please see below

We offer a  free countywide support services for unpaid carers of all ages. We were formerly called the Princess Royal Trust for Carers and are the only local charity working solely with carers of all ages in Berkshire.

The Charity offers free information, advice, advocacy, support, children’s activities, carers’ grants and administers a range of local programmes such as an emergency respite scheme in Bracknell. We have field officers and a central helpline service. 48 carers’ support groups are run across the County.

If you would like us to send any service flyers either for our adult carers or young carers services, please do let us know. Equally, if you have a support group meeting and would like a talk from one of our staff, please let me know. I have suggested to Shirley Pays, our West Berkshire officer, that she should contact you to attend your meeting on 19th October in Newbury reviewing ME/FM support provision. We can certainly add our voice to your concerns.

In the meantime if I could link you to www.berkshirecarers.org (adult carers) and www.chillberkshire.org (children’s)
