Hello
As someone who has ME, I know what it like to feel,
useless and worthless, its tough, you feel you are wasting your life away, in
bed, day in day out.
Here is an exercise I got off the tele today, with
an interview with the Speakmans, they have a program on ITV1 at 2pm,
Monday to Friday at present, if you can watch it, it may help you.
This what they said.
Write a list of 2 things.
1.
Things
that excite you.
2.
Things
that you are good at, and/or what is good about you.
Before going to bed each
night, read to yourself, what you are good at, feel free to add more to your
lists, as you see fit.
When you wake up in the
morning, read the list of things that excite you, do this on a daily basis.
