Do you have a dormant account?

I have had a letter from my bank, the government has started a scheme whereby, if you have a bank account, with money in it, that has not had any money  put in it for 15 years or more, they will take the money and give it to good causes locally, however, to make it an active account, all you need to do is, send a £1.00 to it each month.
