Cut out the sugar

Hello

On a program I saw recently about ME and FM, they said, that cutting out added sugar, can help reduce muscle pain in your body, so I have gone onto a no added sugar diet, this does not mean cutting out fruit etc, just not having things with sugar added, or reducing the amount of added sugar you have. Now its only been a week, but so far so good, i am in less pain, I am passing this onto you, to hope it helps you too.
