I would like to recommend a program I watched this week, it was on
superfoods the real story, and includes, how having white wine, and a
dash of olive oil, helps the cyotones, not sure if I spelt that right!
Also adding black pepper to your diet, helps, you to receive more of the
nutrients you eat. As Tesco says, every little helps
