I bought Poisoned by Alan Bell, because it was advertised in the severe ME group magazine, and looked good, and I am glad I did.He details, how toxic chemicals that you find in everyday cleaning products, gave him, ME, and by removing them, reduced his symptoms significantly.

Its a big book, but very easy to read, and easy 2 page chapters.

If you are reading this, there is a likelihood, you have ME, its not expensive, and is well worth the read.
