Noise and light sensitivity

If you are sensitive to light and noise, these two, will help you, especially if you have to go somewhere where there is a lot of both.

I have got these two, because I have to go back to hospital soon.

The company that supplied the ear defenders, are very good, but be warned, they do cut out all noise.
