Could your toiletries be making you sick?

Hello

On most toiletries on the back, there is either, an egg timer sign or a bin sign, telling you when the product will expire, this is also true of household medications, you can get at the chemist, if it says 12m, it means 12 months, from the day you started to use it, some have an actual date.

Concerned about throwing it out and the cost, there are many products, you can use in your home, as toiletries, as an example, milk is a good cleanser, and carbonate of soda can be used to clean your teeth, or wash your hair.

Using medications or toiletries that are out of date, could damage your health, and you have enough to put up with, without that, you could try not using them for a while, then going back onto them, and see if it makes a difference.

I hope it helps.

Miriam
