Weight loss and ME

Hello

If you have ME, the chances, are, you are not very active, and can put on weight easily, but I have found two fruits, that can fill you up quickly, and keep you full for a long time.


These two fruits are pears and apples, so if you are wanting to be full and lose weight, why not give them a go?
