The weather is heating up, and the natural thing to do, is reach for the squash, as in to drink, not the vegetable! However, squash is full of chemicals and baddies, as an alternative, why not do the following:
A jug of cold water, and put some berries in it, the berries flavour the water, sink the to the bottom of it, and give you their extra vitamins, plus full of vitamin c, great to help to kill infections.
You can also use heavy fruit such as a slice of apple, pear, lemon etc, they tend to stay at the top of the jug, but have the same results.
All refreshing, and all better for you.
Choose your favourite fruit, and enjoy the goodness.
