If you have problems with digestion, don't assume its ME, keep a food diary, and see how your body reacts to different foods that you eat, and if you feel one food does not agree with you, take it out of your diet for a couple of weeks, and see how you are, then try putting it back, in and see if you react again, if you do, keep it out of your diet, I also recommend talking this through with your doctor, apparently, there is no food intolerance test, that is accurate, so taking food and putting it back in, maybe the only test you have.
