How to boost your immune system

Hello

This is something, we all ask, especially at the moment.

Supplements

Some people turn to supplements to help, but you also have to aware of crooks, selling false supplements, unless there is a THR marking on the product, they may not be legit, and if you buy online, which is not regulated, you don't know what you are taking, with some supplements, not actually having a trace of what they have on the pot in the pot, your best bet is to buy them from a known place like Boots Chemist.

The only supplements you really need are the following:

Vitamin D with calcium for take it into the body, for the winter months, as there is not enough strong sunshine, during the colder months, which is where vitamin D comes from.

Echinacea, which is a herb, and can be taken during the winter months, to boost your immune system, and help fight off colds and flu.

To many supplements, can both damage your immune system.

The body only takes from the supplements, what it needs, the rest comes out in your wee, that's expensive wee!

Food

So how do you boost your immune system, without supplements?

By eating, lots of fruit, vegetables, seeds, nuts, grains and pulses, having a good diet, should be all you need, you don't need to take anything else, if you have a good diet, except the ones, I mentioned above.

Fruit juice is also good for killing bad bacteria in your gut.

If you have too much fibre that is bad for the immune system.

Stress

Did you know, that a bit of stress is good for your immune system?

One simple trick you can do, is, if you have a shower, at the end of the shower, put it on cold, and doing that for a few seconds, is enough stress to build your immune system, horrid yes, but it can help.

Obviously too much stress is bad for the immune system.

Exercise

Exercise is good to boost the immune system, however, we have the added complication of ME to deal with. All I can say with that is be careful, and if you can't do it, don't. The last thing I want to do is make you sick. Having said that exercise is relative, to some, lifting a finger is exercise, or walking a few steps, but as I say, only do it, if its right, don't do it, if its not.

Fast food

Did you know, that fast food is not only not good for you, but it can give you food allergies, that are hard to get rid of, so however much you like it, its best avoided, or have in very small amounts.

Nature

Nature is great for the immune system, whether its outside or in, the extra microbes you find in it, will boost your immune system.

And finally...

A message will boost your immune system, as its relaxing.

I hope this article has helped you. This information, was taken from watching a program called, How to boost your immune system.
