We all know, that brain fog can be part of ME, but would you like to improve yours?
According to Morning Live on BBC 1, there are ways you can improve it, through eating.
Brain fog, could be because you are low in the following.
Estrogen, this is more for the older person, who is going through menopause, but a good source of Estrogen, is soya milk, but be careful how much you have, or you could end up having a period again!
Omega 3, is another means that you could be lacking you can get this from walnuts, and oily fish
B12, is another one, people may be missing, you can get plenty of that through eggs.
And finally, iron, you can get iron, from green leafy vegetables, remember popeye?
