How to loose weight, easily and keep it off.

OK, so people will think, I have heard it all before, but I am living example that this works.

At Christmas time, my mum gave me a book, on you are what you eat, and with my body, I need all the help, I can get.

So I got reading, and its really interesting, they detail, how what you eat, massively influences how your body is, now I have a disease, so short of healing, its not going to happen over night, but I am enjoying reading it, when I can, I have lost weight, and through the book, have found a way, to eat, as much as I want, without putting on an ounce.




Many people will have put weight on with covid, the book is cheap, and can help you, not only loose weight, but eat until your hearts content and not put any weight on at all.
