Exercise the Morning Live way!

 Hello

As you have probably gathered by now, I enjoy watching Morning Live, on BBC1 at 9.15am,  Monday to Friday, although I record it and watch it later. Its full of great information.


However, at the end of the show, they have what they call, Strictly fitness, which is gentle exercises, either sitting or standing, that is a minute long, now before you do it, be sure to check with your doctor first.
