According to Morning Live, on BBC 1 on 22nd June, (you can watch it on Iplayer), there are community energy centres all over the UK, who will guide you, on how to save money, on energy, it may not be so important now, but will be worth knowing for later on in the year.
If you are not well enough, to go yourself, you could send someone to find out more for you.
I have found, by simply switching off my TV, broad band and microwave at night, helps to save, you don't use them then, so why have them on, unless you are recording something of course.
I also wash my clothes, on a cold wash, that saves money too.
