As disabled people, we have extra expenses to pay, and if you are on a low income, you probably want to save where you you can.
Most utility companies, offer special rates for people on means tested benefits its called a social tariff, plus with the water companies, you can have a water meter, if your landlord allows or you own the property, that can save you a fortune.
If you use a lot of water, you can also go on a special tariff, you just needs to apply for it.
